Dubai Will Build "Moving Skyscraper"

An 80-story building that moves is under construction in Dubai. Called "The Dynamic Tower," the building will be comprised of 80 apartments, each of which spins independently of the one above or below it. Plans for the Dubai building were revealed by Italian architect David Fisher in New York. Fisher declared that the building would never look the same twice: "Not once in a lifetime." Each apartment will be able to spin a full 360 degrees upon voice command. The moving floors will be powered by 79 giant wind turbines located between levels.
