By July 2008, the newest GSM provider, Etisalat will storm the market with a N48 billion launch. The minister of State for information and communications, Alhaji Ibrahim Nakande, disclosed and commended Etisalat's entry and investment of $400million into the Nigeria telecoms market recently.
