FlyDubai is a new regional. While there are conjestion issues (in the traffic patterns) b/c of three mega airports in a 60 mile stretch of the gulf, it does encourage the initiation of traffic patterns beyond what are currently defined. The logistics of air traffic flow is something that a movement modeling initiatve would include.
