The new millennium was an interesting period for us. Firstly, freehold markets opened up worldwide. Secondly, Developers & Builders Alliance was born under the name Florida Builders Association in 2002 with the support of industry leaders Gil and Michael Dezer of Trump Dezer Development, Donald J. Trump of Trump Organization, Jorge M. Perez of The Related Group of Florida, Evangeline Gouletas of Skyline Equities, and R. Donahue Peebles of Peebles Corporations.

In a short span of time, we become one of the largest development and construction organizations uniting top international industry leaders while offering tangible benefits to our members. By June 2005, our expanding international membership and our extensive agenda of activities, led to a name change: Developers & Builders Alliance. The organization's focus shifted to the creation of a global platform that would integrate resources, products & services, and to the development of programs that could support the exchange of information, communication, experience and knowledge among leading developers, builders, service providers and key government officials in order to promote our common voice and interests.

Since our inception, our work and efforts have not gone unnoticed; today, we are on an aggressive expansion that will engage emerging markets. We are driven by strategic insight, powered by creative ideas, committed to quality, and dedicated to the achievement of our member's objectives by acquiring an international fluidity that facilitates networking and business optimization.
